Thirty years of science and development gave birth to the cornerstones of our business - Coaches, Curriculum, and Centers - which ensure complete training for all skill levels.
Our centers feature professional equipment from the best vendors in the business. Each of our climate-controlled training facilities offers: Athletic turf fields, ideal for perfecting multi-directional movements in an indoor setting, Sprint tracks, the most ideal surface for linear speed development, and Olympic-style weightlifting equipment, the same equipment college and pro athletes use to build explosive power and core strength.
Velocity Sports Performance offers training programs for anyone and everyone, regardless of age, gender, skill level, or athletic or fitness goals. Our core programs are designed for youth, middle school, high school, and elite athletes, as well as adults and teams. Training in small groups ensures maximum one-on-one attention.
